Guests appreciate the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the engaging family-friendly atmosphere, making it a good choice for a getaway. However, the beach conditions nearby are rocky and not ideal for swimming access, and the dining options could use a greater selection, especially in terms of draft drinks.

My stay at the hotel had some wonderful aspects, such as the amazing views of Lake Michigan and the comfortable rooms. However, the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and the service at the restaurant did not meet my expectations.
